Cheesesteak Wrap Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Slow Cook the Beef

In a slow cooker, place the beef chuck roast. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour in the beef broth and drizzle with olive oil. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until they are softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Shred the Beef

Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix it with the juices.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Wraps

On a spinach wrap, layer the shredded beef, sautéed vegetables, provolone cheese, and two cheese blend. Drizzle with horseradish sauce.

  5. 5

    Wrap and Serve

Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it up tightly. Cut in half and serve immediately.
