Brewing Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all your ingredients: finely ground Arabica coffee beans, cold water, and sugar.

2

Measure the Water

Pour 150 ml of cold water into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot). Ensure that the cezve is clean and dry.

3

Add the Coffee

Add 2 tablespoons of finely ground Arabica coffee beans into the cezve with the cold water.

4

Add Sugar (Optional)

If you prefer sweet coffee, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the cezve. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.

5

Mix the Ingredients

Stir the mixture gently to combine the coffee, water, and sugar. Ensure that the coffee grounds are fully saturated.

6

Heat the Cezve

Place the cezve over low to medium heat. Watch carefully as the coffee heats up to avoid boiling over.

7

Observe for Foam

As the coffee begins to heat, you will notice foam forming on the surface. Do not stir the coffee once it starts heating.

8

Remove from Heat

When the foam rises to the top of the cezve, remove it from the heat immediately to prevent boiling over.

9

Pour and Serve

Let the coffee sit for a few seconds to allow the grounds to settle. Then, pour the coffee into a small cup, making sure to leave the grounds in the cezve.
