Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Goat Meat

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

  2. 2

    Cook the Goat Meat

Add the goat meat to the pot and brown it on all sides. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Sweet Potatoes and Water

Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then add them to the pot. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Sweet Potato Leaves

Once the sweet potatoes are tender, add the sweet potato leaves to the pot. Stir well and let it cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the leaves are wilted and tender.

  5. 5

    Serve

Adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve hot with your choice of side or bread.
