Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the meat

In a large bowl, combine the chopped onions, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, vegetable oil, and lemon juice. Add the beef or lamb pieces and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Prepare for cooking

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 200°C or 400°F). If using a grill, prepare it for direct heat.

  3. 3

    Cook the meat

Remove the meat from the marinade and place it on the grill or in an oven-safe dish if using the oven. Cook the meat for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches your desired doneness. If using a thermometer, the internal temperature should reach at least 63°C (145°F) for medium rare.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the meat from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Serve garnished with chopped fresh parsley and optional chopped hot pepper.
