Brown the Lamb
Add the lamb chunks to the pot and brown them on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

Add Vegetables and Spices
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes. Add the salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.
