Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the goat meat to the pot, browning it on all sides.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, bell peppers, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.

Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the goat meat is tender.
