Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Goat

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

  2. 2

Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

Add the goat meat to the pot, browning it on all sides.

  4. 4

Stir in the diced tomatoes, bell peppers, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.

  5. 5

Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.

  6. 6

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the goat meat is tender.

  7. 7

Once cooked, taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

  8. 8

Serve hot, garnished with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
