Roasting the Peanuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the raw peanuts evenly on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Stir halfway through to ensure even roasting.

Remove the peanuts from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Transfer the cooled peanuts to a food processor. Blend on high speed for about 2-3 minutes until the peanuts break down into a fine powder.
