Prepare the Okra
Wash the okra thoroughly and slice it into small pieces. Set aside.

Cook the Red Snapper
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.

Add Tomatoes
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Cook until they are soft and begin to break down.

Add Okra and Seasoning
Stir in the sliced okra, fish seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the okra is tender.

Cook the Red Snapper
In a separate skillet, lightly season the red snapper fillets with salt and black pepper. Cook the fillets over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Serve the okra mixture alongside the cooked red snapper. Pair with fufu or rice.
