Prepare the Goat
Cut the goat meat into bite-sized pieces and rinse thoroughly.

Cook the Goat
In a large pot, heat palm oil over medium heat. Add the marinated goat meat and sear until browned on all sides.

Pour in the water, cover the pot, and let it cook for about 1 hour until the goat is tender.

Prepare the Cassava Leaves
While the goat is cooking, wash the cassava leaves in clean water and chop them finely.

Once the goat is tender, add the chopped cassava leaves and chili pepper to the pot. Stir well.
