Make the Passionfruit Syrup
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine equal parts passionfruit pulp and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.

Prepare the Drink
In a tall glass, add ice cubes to fill the glass halfway. Pour in the tequila, house-made passionfruit syrup, and fresh lime juice. Top off with soda water and gently stir to combine.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a slice of passionfruit on top. Serve immediately.
