Prepare the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider, ginger syrup, molasses, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well until the molasses is fully dissolved.
Add Fizz
Top off the glass with sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.
Garnish
Add a cinnamon stick and a few fresh apple slices for garnish.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing San Pedro!
