1. Malt Base Preparation

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the malted barley and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Sweetening the Mixture

After 30 minutes, remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until fully dissolved. Add hops and let the mixture cool down to room temperature.

3. Fermentation

Once cooled, sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and stir gently. Cover with a clean cloth and let it ferment in a warm place for 3-5 days.

4. Flavoring

After fermentation, add grated ginger and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

5. Carbonation

To carbonate, gently mix in the carbonated water. Be careful not to disturb the sediment at the bottom.

6. Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the beverage for a few hours. Serve chilled in glasses, optionally garnished with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
