Brown the Goat Meat
Add the goat meat to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the Vegetables and Spices
Stir in the carrots, potato, habanero peppers, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Pour in the Water
Add the water to the pot, making sure all the ingredients are submerged. Bring to a boil.

Simmer the Soup
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the goat meat is tender.

Adjust seasoning to taste, then serve hot with rice, fufu, or ebba.
