Directions
1. Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes or filling it with ice water.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, vodka, and bissap. Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain and Serve
Remove the martini glass from the freezer and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
4. Add Sparkling Water
Top off the martini with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
5. Garnish
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
