Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Cook the Salmon
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- 4
Add Spinach and Cream
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Then, pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- 5
Incorporate Herbs and Cheese
Add the chopped parsley, basil, and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 6
Combine and Serve
Return the cooked salmon to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top. Cook for an additional minute to heat through. Serve hot.
