Prepare the Meats
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chorizo and morcilla into thick rounds.

Cook the Yuca and Plantain
Peel and chop the yuca into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. For the plantain, peel and slice diagonally, then fry in a skillet until golden brown.

On a large platter, arrange the cooked meats, yuca, fried plantain, and arepas.
