Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with the pork rub, ensuring it is evenly coated. Place in a slow cooker and add apple cider vinegar. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily pulled apart.

Make the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Shred the Pork
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Mix in the Carolina BBQ sauce until well coated.

Assemble the Sandwich
To assemble, place a generous portion of the pulled pork on the bottom half of each hamburger bun. Top with a scoop of slaw and cover with the top half of the bun.
