Prepare the Patty

Mix the Meats
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and chorizo. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Form the Patty
Shape the meat mixture into a patty approximately 1 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.
Cook the Patty

Grill the Patty
Place the patty on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place the queso blanco on top of the patty to melt slightly.
Assemble the Burger

Prepare the Bun
While the patty is cooking, grill the brioche bun until lightly toasted.

Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, place the lettuce leaf, followed by the chorizo beef patty with melted queso blanco, pickled red onion, and finish with a drizzle of secret sauce.

Complete the Burger
Top with the other half of the brioche bun and press down gently.
