Method

Prepare Tater Tots

  1. 1

    Fry the Tater Tots

In a large pot, heat the oil to 180°C (350°F). Carefully add the frozen tater tots in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper immediately while hot.

Cook Breakfast Sausage

  1. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, add the breakfast sausage links. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare Scrambled Eggs

  1. 3

    Scramble the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds before gently stirring. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set but still creamy.

Assemble Breakfast Bowl

  1. 4

    Combine the Ingredients

In a bowl, layer the crispy tater tots, followed by the cooked sausage pieces, and then top with the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle the shredded Mexi-blend cheese over the top. Serve immediately while hot.
