Preparation
- 1
Clean the Seafood
Ensure all seafood (shrimp, calamari, clams, and mussels) is cleaned and prepared. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
- 2
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of the pasta water.
Cooking
- 3
Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4
Add Tomatoes and Wine
Stir in the crushed tomatoes and white wine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Add Seafood
Add shrimp, calamari, clams, and mussels to the sauce. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and clams and mussels have opened.
- 6
Combine Pasta
Add the cooked linguini to the skillet, tossing well to coat it with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
