In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork. Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

With wet hands, shape the meat mixture into small, finger-sized sausages, about 10-12 cm long.

In a bowl, combine kajmak cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparing the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary.

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
