Prepare Caprese Salad
Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into thick slices. Arrange them on a serving platter, alternating between mozzarella and tomato slices.
Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the mozzarella and tomatoes.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
