Chill the Beverages
Ensure to chill the red and white wine bottles in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to the event. Place the craft beer in a cooler filled with ice to keep them cold.
Prepare Fruit Juice
Pour the fruit juice into a large pitcher and set aside for guests to serve themselves.
Set Up Sparkling Water Station
Open the sparkling water bottle and place it in an ice bucket for easy access.

Arrange the Cheese Platter
Place an assortment of cheeses on a large serving platter, including a mix of hard and soft cheeses. Add some crackers and grapes for garnish.
