Preparation
Scoop the Gelato
Using a large scoop or spoon, place 1 cup of vanilla gelato into a serving bowl or a coffee cup.
Brew the Espresso
Brew 1 shot of espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. Make sure the espresso is hot and freshly brewed.
Serving
Pour the Espresso
Carefully pour the hot espresso shot over the scooped vanilla gelato, allowing the espresso to melt the gelato slightly.
Enjoy
