Instructions for Cooking Ribs
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if it’s still attached.
- 2
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- 3
Prepare for Baking
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Pour the apple cider vinegar and water into the bottom of the baking sheet to create steam while baking.
- 4
Bake the Ribs
Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

- 6
Serve
Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
