Combine Marinade Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Stir until well mixed.

Marinate Chicken
Place the boneless chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the yogurt marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

Combine Zhoug Ingredients
In a food processor, combine the chopped cilantro, parsley, green chili peppers, minced garlic, ground cumin, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Blend until you have a smooth sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Plate the Dish
Once the chicken and peppers are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Slice the grilled chicken and serve with the grilled bell peppers on the side. Drizzle the zhoug sauce over the chicken or serve it on the side for dipping.
