Cooking the Orzo

In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook the Orzo
Add the orzo pasta to the simmering broth and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.

Once cooked, reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, truffle oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Mix Breadcrumbs
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, and lemon zest. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Baking the Dish

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Transfer the creamy orzo mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.
