Chicken Preparation

    Season the Chicken

    In a bowl, season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper.

    Cook the Chicken

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken tenders and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

    Add BBQ Sauce

    Once the chicken is cooked, pour honey BBQ sauce over the tenders in the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.

    On each tortilla, place a layer of lettuce leaves, followed by a few pieces of the honey BBQ chicken, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses.

    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to secure the filling inside.
