Method
Preparation of Wings

Prepare Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1 inch in size.

Prepare Breading
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Coat Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture to coat well. Place on a baking sheet.
Cooking Wings

Heat Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain Wings
Remove the cooked chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Sauce
Place the drained wings in a large bowl and toss with the desired sauce (Buffalo or Gold Fever) until evenly coated.
