Wings

Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1 inch in size.

  2. 2

    Prepare Breading

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Prepare Egg Mixture

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

  4. 4

    Coat Chicken

Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture to coat well. Place on a baking sheet.

Cooking Wings

  1. 5

    Heat Oil

In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 6

    Fry Chicken

Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. 7

    Drain Wings

Remove the cooked chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Making Sauces

  1. 8

    Make Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Mix well until combined and heated through.

  2. 9

    Make Gold Fever Sauce

In another saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the hot sauce, honey, mustard, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined and heated through.

Final Assembly

  1. 10

    Toss in Sauce

Place the drained wings in a large bowl and toss with the desired sauce (Buffalo or Gold Fever) until evenly coated.

  2. 11

    Serve

Serve the boneless wings hot with your choice of sides like celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
