Seafood Stuffing

Method

Preparing the Stuffing

  1. 1

Step 1: Prepare the Seafood Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped cooked shrimp, bread crumbs, green onions, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are combined into a uniform mixture.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Stuff the Shrimp

Carefully peel and devein the jumbo shrimp, leaving the tails on. Make a slit down the back of each shrimp to create a pocket. Stuff each shrimp with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to ensure the stuffing holds together.

Baking the Shrimp

  1. 3

    Step 3: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

Step 4: Prepare the Baking Dish

Grease a baking dish with butter to prevent sticking. Arrange the stuffed shrimp in the dish, placing them in a single layer.

  3. 5

    Step 5: Bake the Shrimp

Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffed shrimp. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

  4. 6

    Step 6: Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Serve the baked stuffed shrimp with lemon wedges on the side.
