Prepare the Patties
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form each portion into a patty about 1 inch thick.

Make the Jam
Add the cooked bacon back to the skillet along with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is well combined and caramelized.

Assemble the Sliders
Cut slider buns in half. Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun, top with a slice of white cheddar cheese, a spoonful of bacon jam, and a few pickle slices.

Serve with Fries
Serve the sliders with house-cut fries on the side. Enjoy!
