Beef Short Ribs Preparation

Season the Ribs
Rub the beef short ribs with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Ensure the ribs are well-coated.

Cook the Ribs
Pour in beef broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 2-3 hours or until the ribs are tender. Remove ribs from pot, shred the meat, and set aside.
Mac & Cheese Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add the Cheeses
Remove pot from heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

Combine with Pasta
Fold the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until well combined. Add the shredded beef short rib and mix well.
Breadcrumb Topping Preparation

Prepare Breadcrumb Topping
In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, melted butter, and chopped parsley until combined.
Baking

Assemble and Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumb topping evenly over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
