Prepare the Base
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is dissolved. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Pistachio Ice Cream
Blend 1 cup of the chilled base with 1/2 cup of roasted pistachios in a blender until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove chunks. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions, then transfer to a container and freeze.

Brazilian Mango Ice Cream
Blend 1 cup of the chilled base with 1 cup of ripe mango puree until smooth. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions, then transfer to a container and freeze.

Black Raspberry Ice Cream
Blend 1 cup of the chilled base with 1 cup of black raspberries until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve if desired for a smoother texture. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions, then transfer to a container and freeze.

Once all flavors are churned and frozen, scoop each flavor into bowls or cones and serve as a trio.
