Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Polenta

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

2

Add Flavor

Stir in truffle oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.

3

Shape and Chill

Pour the polenta into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Allow it to cool and set for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

4

Cut into Fries

Once set, cut the polenta into fry shapes. You can make them as thick or thin as you like.

5

Fry the Polenta

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the polenta fries until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

6

Prepare Chipotle Aioli

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

7

Prepare Zesty Marinara

In a saucepan, heat crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes over medium heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

8

Serve

Serve the crispy polenta fries topped with grated parmesan cheese, alongside chipotle aioli and zesty marinara sauce for dipping.
