Method

Marinade and Prepare Skewers

  1. 1

    Marinate the Striploin

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add the AAA Striploin, making sure it is well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Prepare Vegetables

Chop bell peppers and onion into chunks. Thread marinated striploin, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.

Cooking and Serving

  1. 3

    Cook the Skewers

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat reaches medium temperature.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, chopped tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. In a separate small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

  3. 5

    Assemble and Serve

Place the salad mixture on a plate, top with grilled skewers, and drizzle with house-made balsamic dressing. Serve with slices of garlic focaccia on the side.
