Meatballs Preparation
Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Cut mozzarella cheese into small cubes and form the meat mixture around each cube, rolling into balls.
Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Spaghetti & Sauce Preparation
Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Combine
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to combine. Gently fold in the cooked meatballs.
Garlic Focaccia Preparation
Prepare the Garlic Focaccia
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture over the focaccia bread and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until golden.
Serving
Serve
Serve the spaghetti and meatballs hot, topped with additional Parmesan cheese if desired, alongside the garlic focaccia bread.
