Method

Meatballs Preparation

1

Make the Meatballs

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Cut mozzarella cheese into small cubes and form the meat mixture around each cube, rolling into balls.

2

Cook the Meatballs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Spaghetti & Sauce Preparation

3

Cook the Spaghetti

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Make the Sauce

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Stir in the canned roasted tomatoes, basil, salt, and black pepper. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.

5

Combine

Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to combine. Gently fold in the cooked meatballs.

Garlic Focaccia Preparation

6

Prepare the Garlic Focaccia

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture over the focaccia bread and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until golden.
