Pasta and Seafood Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the black squid ink pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the prawns, squid, and mussels to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns turn pink and the mussels open.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced slightly. Add the butter and chili flakes, stirring until the butter is melted and the sauce is combined.

Combine the Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Prepare the Focaccia
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture over the focaccia bread.

Place the focaccia bread in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
