Meatballs Preparation

1

Make the Meatballs

Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and mold the meat around it to form a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

2

Cook the Meatballs

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Tomato Sauce Preparation

Prepare the Sauce

Add the crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Combining

4

Combine Meatballs and Sauce

Carefully add the browned meatballs to the sauce. Cover and simmer for another 15 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

Focaccia Preparation

5

Prepare Garlic Focaccia

While the meatballs are simmering, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the focaccia with olive oil, sprinkle minced garlic and chopped parsley evenly over the top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
