Method

Cooking the Patty

1

Cook the Angus Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Preparing the Toppings

2

Prepare the Toppings

While the patty is cooking, cook the maple peppered bacon in a separate skillet until crispy. Slice the tomato and prepare the lettuce leaf.

3

Make Spicy Mayo

In a small bowl, mix mayo with your choice of hot sauce to taste to create a spicy mayo.

Assembling the Burger

4

Assemble the Burger

Once the patty is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the burger bun. Top with maple BBQ sauce, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, Quebec cheese curds, and crispy onion strings. Drizzle with spicy mayo. Place the top half of the bun on and serve.
