Reindeer Bagel Recipe

Preparation Instructions

   Cook the Reindeer Sausage

   In a skillet over medium heat, add the reindeer sausage and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

   Scramble the Eggs

   In the same skillet, add the butter and let it melt. Crack the eggs into the skillet, add salt and black pepper, and scramble until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.

   Assemble the Bagel

   Slice the everything bagels in half and lightly toast them if desired. On the bottom half, layer the cooked reindeer sausage, scrambled eggs, and top with a slice of pepper jack cheese. Place the top half of the bagel on and press down lightly to hold everything together.
