Hand-battered crispy chicken tossed in a sweet Thai chili sauce, with fresh shredded radish, carrot, bell pepper, red cabbage and diced cucumbers. Served over our sweet turmeric coconut rice, finished with sesame seeds and served with a side of our sweet and spicy peanut sauce.

Prepare the Chicken
Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet. Season with salt and pepper.

Make the Battering Mixture
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Batter the Chicken
Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and back in the flour mixture to coat thoroughly.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the battered chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
