Crispy Chicken Bowl Recipe
Hand-battered, crispy chicken tossed in a sweet Thai chili sauce, with fresh shredded radish, carrot, bell pepper, red cabbage and diced cucumbers. Served over brown rice, finished with sesame seeds and served with a side of our sweet and spicy peanut sauce.

Prepare the Chicken
Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In one bowl, combine flour and cornstarch. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.

Coat the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
In a deep skillet, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Rice
While the chicken is frying, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

Mix Sauce
In a small bowl, combine sweet Thai chili sauce with cooked chicken and toss to coat.

Finish with Toppings
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and serve with a side of sweet and spicy peanut sauce made by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and water.
