Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and slice them in half.

Toss Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Make the Sriracha Maple Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, honey, and sriracha sauce until well combined.

Combine and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle with the sriracha maple glaze. Add the chopped bacon and toss to combine. Serve warm.
