Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.

  2. 2

    Cook the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the grill or in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Buns

While the salmon is cooking, slice the burger buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Once cooked, place a salmon fillet on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce leaves and slices of fresh tomato. Place the top half of the bun on the sandwich.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Alaska Sockeye Salmon Sandwich warm with your favorite side dish.
