Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s hot enough to crisp the flatbread.

Prepare Flatbread
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each flatbread with olive oil to enhance flavor and promote browning.

Spread the Sauce
Evenly spread 1/2 cup of red pasta sauce over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of fresh mozzarella pearls and 1/2 cup of shredded jack cheese evenly over each flatbread on top of the sauce.

Add Tomatoes
Halve the cherry tomatoes and distribute them evenly over the cheese on each flatbread.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the toppings to taste, ensuring even coverage.

Drizzle with Pesto
Using a spoon, drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of pesto over each flatbread for an added burst of flavor.
