Method

Egg Sammy Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Daily's bacon slices until crispy. Once cooked, remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.). Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Toast the Ciabatta

While the eggs are cooking, slice the ciabatta bread in half and toast it lightly in a toaster or on a grill until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sammy

Spread 2 tablespoons of dill cream cheese on each half of the toasted ciabatta. Layer the crispy bacon, cooked eggs, and sliced tomato on one half. Drizzle with smoked chili aioli before topping with the other half of the bread.

Breakfast Potatoes Directions

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Leave the skin on for added texture.

  2. 6

    Season the Potatoes

In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Cook the Potatoes

Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, tossing halfway through.
