Prepare the Honey Sriracha Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the honey and sriracha sauce until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until desired consistency is reached. You can keep it chunky or make it smoother, depending on your preference.

Slice the Red Onion
Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. You can soak the slices in cold water for a few minutes to reduce the sharpness if desired.

Cook the Egg
In a small skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook to your liking (fried, poached, or scrambled). For a fried egg, cook until the whites are set but yolk remains runny, about 2-3 minutes.

Toast the Bread
While the egg is cooking, toast the slices of bread until golden brown. If you prefer, you can also grill the bread for added flavor.

Assemble the Avocado Toast
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread. Top with sliced red onion and the cooked egg. Drizzle the prepared honey sriracha sauce over the top for added flavor.

Serve immediately while the toast is warm. Enjoy your delicious avocado toast!
