Method

Prepare Chicken Fingers

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set up breading station

In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the breadcrumbs and mix well.

  3. 3

    Bread the chicken

Dredge each chicken strip first in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs. Ensure each strip is evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Heat oil

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot, about 350°F (175°C).

  5. 5

    Fry chicken fingers

Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make Dipping Sauce

  1. 6

    Combine ingredients

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and honey until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare Sides

  1. 7

    Cook French fries

Prepare French fries according to package instructions (or homemade if preferred) until crispy and golden.

  2. 8

    Make coleslaw

In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix with a dressing of your choice (mayonnaise-based or vinegar-based) and mix well.
