Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form each portion into a small patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to help the cheese melt.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Sliders

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. Place each patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the roll. Top with house-made green chile sauce.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Add fresh cilantro on top if desired. Place the top half of the roll on each slider and serve immediately.
