Prepare the Turkey
Season the turkey breast with salt and black pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Green Chile
Roast the green chile over an open flame, turning occasionally, until the skin is charred. Place in a paper bag for a few minutes to steam, then peel and slice.

Assemble the Sandwich
On a slice of sourdough bread, layer the sliced turkey, crispy bacon, roasted green chile, pepperjack cheese, and sliced tomato. Top with another slice of sourdough.

Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
